The smart village is a concept initiated under a project of Awakening dreams, a not-for-profit organization with a focus on creating a sustainable and holistic world. It’s a long-term vision that will incorporate the idea of inclusion, integration, and sustainability as a whole. 

 

Most of us, if not all, by now, have known the importance the digital age holds. It’s significant right! and we are yet to discover its full potential.

Digitization is going to be a new normal where all of us shall be connected to it one way or the other.

 

If that’s going to be the case, why should not we store all the pertinent details in the form of a database? So that it will be easy to read, available as and when required, and can be adopted in different platforms amongst the others. For this reason, a database and database management system will be introduced as a part and parcel of this project. 

 

Above all, problems that are in our society will be identified. Then, proper research shall be done about the same on its solution and the way forward with the involvement of subject experts. Advisory boards will be formed so as to seek advice and to do away with the problems that exist. In this way, we will be building an entire ecosystem with a far-sighted approach for the greater good.
